Any individual who is in business can join. Your protégé would be someone that can benefit from your set of skills and experience.
Would I get to choose my own Protégé?
BMI will use their resources to find potential protégé candidates for each mentor, it is then ultimately up to each participant to agree to work with the candidates BMI has found.
What areas of business do the BMI Protégés come from?
Our protégés come from all sectors.
What skill or knowledge level will I be working with?
A protégé can have any skill level. BMI will work to match you with a protégé whose skill or knowledge level will benefit from your area of expertise.
What is the time commitment to my Protégé?
BMI strongly recommends at least two hours of face to face meeting every month. If, as a pair, you decide to email, SKYPE or video conference that is fine. Ultimately whatever works for your dynamic works for BMI.
